Beacon Corner Bar continues on the tradition of sustainable hospitality that San Chez Bistro established back in 1992. Being green is more than recycling or composting. We aim to choose purveyors and local businesses that have the same ideals and laurels as us; taking care of our earth and people.

Growing up in Long Island, New York, Cindy was immersed in fresh and local east-coast seafood. Dan & Cindy both wanted to bring that casual seafood dining experience to Grand Rapids. There's no white linen here...get ready to get messy!
